We will be launching our Version 2.0 in early (hopefully January) 2011. There will be fresh layout compared to our current one and we promise that this will ease your recruiting experience once and for all.
2. Focus on (i) Online Talent and (ii) Talent Placement
We will be focusing on one keyword for our Version 2.0 – TALENT. Talent here will be 2 main categories that is Online Talent (OT) and Talent Placement (TP). Both will compliment all our current job categories with focus on online/Internet talents (like writers, programmers, etc) and offline/on-ground talents (like promoters, sales consultants, etc).
3. Express job post
With this feature, you can now post a job without any hassle. Picture this – post your job first and then register to get matching candidates for your vacancy. Simple, straight forward and quick!
4. Easy-to-navigate interface upon login to personal account
This complete revamp for our Version 2.0 will enable you to navigate around easily. You can now post a job, check for matching candidates, make online payment and more in one improved and comprehensive interface.
5. Faster candidate matching
The speed of candidate matching will be upgraded and you can see your matching candidates in a matter of seconds. With that, you can also quicken your search of our entire database of over 20,000 (and growing) for resumes and profiles.
6. Employer testimonials
The new version will enable you to get featured via employer testimonials. You will get extra visibility in the main page and this will draw more job seekers to your job postings. Obtain extra credit by reviewing candidates that you hire as well.
7. Jobs Ad Network (JANe)
We are also launching Jobs Ad Network (JANE) in conjunction with our Version 2.0 launch. Briefly, JANe is recruitment media widget developed to aid employers, recruiters and job boards to promote their job postings while tapping into our bloggers and website owners’ traffic.
