With reference to the matter above, YourPartTime.com in partnership with Youth Development Council (YDC) cordially invite the Human Resource Director/Manager of your respected organisation to attend this event. OGCE has the objective to bridge the gap between the companies who are looking for quality candidates and engage them by providing the employment to excel their fullest potential, thus increasing the companies’ performance and eventually generate a healthy economy. It will also serve to create the awareness of the importance of soft skills and life-long skills.
By participating in this event, you will be able to promote your organization to the general public via a career fair exhibition, at the same time taking part in the Graduate-Corporate Matching with registered participants who are graduates. This much anticipated 2-minute speed interview will enable you to interview hundreds of candidates who will then proceed to your booth for further one-on-one interview session based solely on your selection. You will be able to reach out to a wider target audience whilst maintain quality as you can select the best ones to your booth for more serious interview.
How the Graduate-Corporate (Speed) Matching works is truly unique. Some of the pointers to highlight are:
• Human Resource Managers will be seated at the inner circle
• Candidates will be seated at the outer circle
• Brief Interview Session will be conducted
• Top 3 rated ‘Good’ will be complimented during the Certificate Presentation session
Apart from that, there will be a HR Managers forum scheduled right after the matching session. It will be a sharing session from HR Managers to state the top 3 requirements in selecting applicants with Q&A session among HR Managers and candidates to follow. Sounds interesting??
