This much anticipated 2-minute speed interview will enable you to interview hundreds of candidates who will then proceed to your booth for further one-on-one interview session based solely on your selection. You will be able to reach out to a wider target audience whilst maintain quality as you can select the best ones to your booth for more serious interview.

How the Graduate-Corporate (Speed) Matching works is truly unique. Some of the pointers to highlight are:

• Human Resource Managers will be seated at the inner circle

• Candidates will be seated at the outer circle

• Brief Interview Session will be conducted

• Top 3 rated ‘Good’ will be complimented during the Certificate Presentation session

Apart from that, there will be a HR Managers forum scheduled right after the matching session. It will be a sharing session from HR Managers to state the top 3 requirements in selecting applicants with Q&A session among HR Managers and candidates to follow. Sounds interesting??
