We are offering 4 jobs targeting specifically IT-savvy and administrative minded people. IT-based jobs consist of, IT Helpdesk Executive, IT Hardware Technician/Supervisor, preferance is given to those who are able to trouble shoot and execute repairs of IT hardware and electronic circuitry (IT engineers are encouraged to apply) and the administrative job is a Credit Control Executive.

For the Operations Supervisor, candidates are expected to maintain the inventory control (update and check the Focus inventory for the systems on daily basis, etc), order completion (ensure technicians complete the order according to the specification, etc), unit processing (process all new shipment or return units and grade them accordingly, etc) and repairing (Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems, etc). Applicants are expected to work in Shah Alam where the office is based and preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software, IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

For the IT Helpdesk Executive, applicants are expected to provide 1st level Service Desk, be responsible for collection and tracking of faulty hardware returns, provide monthly reporting on incident statistics and etc. They must be willing to work in Bukit Raja and preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.


For the IT Hardware Technician/Supervisor, applicants are expected to troubleshoot hardware and perform hardware repairs and upgrades, complete all related paperwork, routine functionality testing, to plan, assign and review work of staff, adjusting the order assignment and schedules to maintain sufficient manpower depending the workload and etc. If best, applicants have with them at least 2 years experience.

For the Credit Control Executive, applicants will be reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, the successful candidate is required to support the department in account receivables and collections for the various clients. He/she will also be involved in ad hoc business process development projects. They are expected to work in Shah Alam where the office is located and preferably an executive specializing in Banking/Financial Services, managing mortgages, hire purchase or equivalent.
