Happy New Year 2012 to all job seekers out there!

I'm pretty sure most of you have new year resolutions in this new year but do you have what it takes to achieve all of them? Do you want to reach the same stage like other years where come 31st December you take out your notepad to re-write last year's resolutions as you cannot achieve (most of) them?

Personally, I find this article HERE utmost helpful in keeping track of your goals for this new year. For me, #3 which is ironically - Discriminate very important. Many times we suffer lack of time due to always giving in to other people requests. Hence, saying NO to them may prove the ultimate secret to achieve more for yourself. Try focusing on ONE thing at a time and that is definitely not entertaining others request all the time.
